Why Me?
I'll be upfront—I'm not just passionate about cooking, I'm completely obsessed. I listen to 2-4 hours of food podcasts weekly, own and have read 200+ cookbooks cover to cover, and yes, I pack cookbooks instead of beach reads for vacation (I know, I know). My background as a pediatric nurse practitioner taught me how to teach and listen well, plus gave me solid nutrition knowledge that comes in handy.
This idea sparked from talking to countless parents who stress about family meals—and then feel terrible when things don't go according to plan. But when I actually got to teach friends in their kitchens and later at a cooking school in London, I was completely hooked. I realized my obsession could actually help solve this problem.
Don't bother saving another Instagram recipe or buying another cookbook. I know what works and can make it work for you.
